Trist\u00f6r<\/b>, kontroll\u00fc\u00a0yar\u0131 iletken\u00a0bir anahtarlama eleman\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0SCR\u00a0olarak da bilinirler. SCR silikon kontroll\u00fc do\u011frultucu (veya yar\u0131 iletken kontroll\u00fc do\u011frultucu) anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. \u00d6zellikle g\u00fc\u00e7 elektroni\u011fi devrelerinde kullan\u0131lan trist\u00f6rler \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 a\u00e7ma ve kapama \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahiptirler. Son teknikle saniyede 25.000 defa a\u00e7\u0131p kapama yapan trist\u00f6rler yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00f6rt katl\u0131 bir yar\u0131 iletkenden meydana gelen trist\u00f6rler (P-N-P-N) kap\u0131 (gate<\/i>) ucu ile iletken yap\u0131labilmektedir. Do\u011fru ak\u0131m ve Alternatif ak\u0131mla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. Uygulanan bu gerilim de\u011feri \u00e7ok artt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rsa bir noktadan sonra trist\u00f6r aniden iletime ge\u00e7ip A \u2013K direnci dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile A \u2013 K voltaj\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fer ge\u00e7en ak\u0131m artar. E\u011fer ters polarize edilip gerilim artt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rsa yine bir noktadan sonra ters y\u00f6nde ani ak\u0131m art\u0131\u015f\u0131 olur. Bu ise istenmeyen bir durumdur ve trist\u00f6r\u00fc bozar. Trist\u00f6r\u00fcn do\u011fru polarize edilip A \u2013K voltaj\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile iletime ge\u00e7irilmesi kullan\u0131lan bir y\u00f6ntem de\u011fildir. \u00c7o\u011funlukla A \u2013 K do\u011fru polarize edildikten sonra geyte ufak bir gerilim darbesi verilip trist\u00f6r iletime ge\u00e7irilir. Trist\u00f6r bu \u015fekilde iletime ge\u00e7tikten sonra geyt gerilimi kesilse bile trist\u00f6r iletimde kal\u0131r<\/p>\n

Trist\u00f6rler bir kere iletken oldu mu (e\u011fer besleme voltaj\u0131 kesilmezse) devaml\u0131 iletimde kal\u0131r. SCRlerin y\u00fcksek gerilim ve amper de\u011ferlerinde kullan\u0131labilmelerinin sebebi gerilim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerinin 1-2 volt kadar az olmas\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla iletim durumundayken \u0131s\u0131 kayb\u0131n\u0131n olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Gerilim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc u eleman\u0131n \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7en ak\u0131m ise I ise \u0131s\u0131 kayb\u0131 p a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki form\u00fclle hesaplanabilir.<\/p>\n
