Elektronik kartlarda ar\u0131za bulma teknikleri:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1- Osiloskop kullanmak:<\/strong>
\nAvantaj\u0131:<\/strong>\u00a0Frekans de\u011ferleri ve belirli noktalardaki sinyallerin kontrol edilmesinde etkili olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Belli k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kartlarda kolayca ar\u0131za bulanabilir.
\nDezavantajlar\u0131:<\/strong>\u00a0G\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 ar\u0131zas\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7 devrelerinin hasar g\u00f6rmesi veya k\u0131sa devre gibi durumlarda karta besleme vermek sorunun daha da b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine ve daha fazla malzemenin hasar g\u00f6rmesine neden olabilir. 2- Multimetre kullanmak:<\/strong>

Kart \u00fczerindeki di\u011fer malzemeler etkisiyle baz\u0131 malzemelerin de\u011feri \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclemez. \u00d6rne\u011fin diren\u00e7 ile kondansat\u00f6r paralelse kondansat\u00f6r de\u011ferini \u00f6l\u00e7mez veya yanl\u0131\u015f de\u011fer \u00f6l\u00e7er.<\/p>\n

3- Ak\u0131m-Gerilim (VI) Test cihaz\u0131 kullanmak:<\/strong>
\nAvantajlar\u0131:<\/strong>\u00a0Karta besleme vermeden, dokunulan noktaya sin\u00fcs olarak bir sinyal uygular ve ak\u0131m-gerilim grafi\u011fini \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r. Dokunulan noktan\u0131n en az\u0131ndan \u00965V + 5V ve daha y\u00fcksek voltajlarda grafi\u011fini \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131, diyotlar\u0131 iletime ge\u00e7irir ve ters voltajl\u0131 s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 da ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131 nedeniyle ar\u0131za bulmada \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck avantaj sa\u011flar.
\nDezavantajlar\u0131:<\/strong>\u00a0Genelde VI Test cihazlar\u0131nda malzemelerin de\u011ferlerinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6zelli\u011fi yoktur. Pek \u00e7ok modelde osiloskop \u00f6zelli\u011fi yoktur. Gerek duyuldu\u011funda osiloskop veya multimetre de ayr\u0131ca bulunmas\u0131 gerekir. Katot t\u00fcpl\u00fc olan VI Test cihazlar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck ve a\u011f\u0131r oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in kolay ta\u015f\u0131nabilir de\u011fildir. \u00d6zellikle gezici servislerde ta\u015f\u0131ma sorunu olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n

4- \u0130deal \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm: ARTOS7F1 Kullanmakt\u0131r:<\/strong>
\nARTOS7F1 Hem bir VI Test cihaz\u0131, hem bir osiloskop, hem de devre \u00fczerinde malzeme \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip, ayn\u0131 anda birden \u00e7ok malzemenin de\u011ferini g\u00f6sterebilen bir multimetredir. Ek olarak sinyal \u00fcreteci ve analog gerilim \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00f6zelliklerine de sahiptir.<\/p>\n

Avantajlar\u0131:<\/strong>
\n1- ARTOS7F1 T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n avantaj k\u0131sm\u0131ndaki \u00f6zellikleri fazlas\u0131yla sahiptir. \u00c7ift kanal VI Test cihaz\u0131d\u0131r ve her grafik 2.5 mV hassasiyet ile 720 farkl\u0131 gerilim-ak\u0131m \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc al\u0131narak olu\u015fturulur. Bu nedenle \u00e7ok hassast\u0131r.<\/p>\n

2- VI Testinde haf\u0131za \u00f6zelli\u011fi sayesinde sa\u011flam kart\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerini haf\u0131zaya al\u0131p, sonradan bozuk kart ile hassas bir kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma yapmak da m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

3- Test esnas\u0131nda zaman kayb\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma yaparken uyumlu ve uyumsuz noktalarda farkl\u0131 ses vererek, s\u00fcrekli olarak bir karta, bir ekrana bakmak zorunda kalmadan, sadece test etti\u011finiz karta yo\u011funla\u015farak h\u0131zl\u0131 bir kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma yapma imk\u00e2n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n

4- 3 Farkl\u0131 ayarda grafi\u011fi ayn\u0131 anda ekranda g\u00f6sterebilir.<\/p>\n

5- Multimetre gibi malzeme de\u011fer \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc yapabilir. Ek olarak dokunulan noktadaki birden fazla malzemenin de\u011ferini ayn\u0131 anda e\u015fde\u011fer devre \u015femas\u0131 ile birlikte g\u00f6sterir. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011fi benzersizdir.<\/p>\n
