Arada bir olsa da po\u015fet a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131 kapatan bir makineye ihtiyac\u0131m oluyor. Sat\u0131n almak istedi\u011fimde fiyat\u0131n\u0131n biraz pahal\u0131 oldu\u011funa karar verdim. Kendim yapmak istedi\u011fimde neredeyse hi\u00e7 kaynak bulamad\u0131m. Arama motorlar\u0131nda \u201cplastic bag machine circuit\u201d gibi kelimelerle arad\u0131\u011f\u0131mda sadece birka\u00e7 devre buldum fakat ihtiyac\u0131ma cevap veren bir devre ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131mdan faydalanamad\u0131m. Sonu\u00e7ta bu cihaz\u0131 her \u015feyiyle tasarlad\u0131m ve yapt\u0131m. Elbette bu bir profesyonel bir makine de\u011fildir ama benim i\u015fime yar\u0131yor ve kullan\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n

Anlatmaya ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce bir konuda kendimi savunmak istiyorum. Montajda smd malzeme kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m i\u00e7in ele\u015ftiriler al\u0131yorum. Ben, her teknik i\u015flemlerde ileri teknolojiyi ifade eden malzemeler kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyorum. B\u00f6ylece teknik bilgi seviyemizin y\u00fckselece\u011fine inan\u0131yorum. Bu sebeplerden dolay\u0131 daha fazla smd malzeme kullan\u0131lan devreler yapmaya devam edece\u011fim.<\/p>\n

Makinemiz 2 b\u00f6l\u00fcmden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Birinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131, ikinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm ise elektronik kontrol \u00fcnitesi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Is\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n

Malzemeler:<\/strong>\u00a0Teflon Bez (kuma\u015f) ince olan\u0131ndan, Yass\u0131 rezistans teli.<\/p>\n

Haz\u0131rlan\u0131\u015f\u0131: Bir zemin \u00fczerine (ben tahta par\u00e7as\u0131 kulland\u0131m) \u00f6nce yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 kat teflon bez koyuyoruz. \u00dczerine rezistans telini ve en \u00fcstede tek kat teflon bezi zemine sabitleyerek yerle\u015ftiriyoruz. B\u00f6ylece \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn zemin taraf\u0131n\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015f bulunuyoruz. Bu zeminin \u00fcst\u00fcne po\u015feti s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131racak taraf\u0131na ise yine yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 katl\u0131 teflon bezi d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir tahta par\u00e7as\u0131na sabitliyoruz.
\nBen rezistans telini denemek amac\u0131yla \u00e7e\u015fitli t\u00fcrlerinden alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Bu sebeple ka\u00e7l\u0131k rezistans teli oldu\u011funu bilemiyorum. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m denemelerde 20 cm uzunlu\u011fu 0,9 Ohm olacak \u015fekilde bir rezistans teli kulland\u0131m.<\/p>\n

Not:<\/strong>\u00a0Fazla \u0131s\u0131t\u0131l\u0131nca teflon bez alev alm\u0131yor ama karar\u0131yor, kavruluyor.<\/p>\n

Elektronik Kontrol B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Makinemizin kontrol \u00fcnitesi trafo ve kontrol kart\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Trafo olarak bilgisayarlar i\u00e7in sat\u0131lan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kesintisiz g\u00fc\u00e7 kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n (UPS) i\u00e7indeki trafoyu kulland\u0131m.<\/p>\n

Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 AC 12 volt ile k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmal\u0131. S\u00fcreyi ise PIC 16F628 mikro kontrol\u00f6r\u00fc ile d\u00fczenli bir \u015fekilde sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. 3 tane s\u00fcre tayin ettim.

\nS\u00fcre 2: 1000ms (1 saniye)
\nS\u00fcre 3: 1200ms (1,2 saniye).<\/p>\n

S\u00fcre 1 konumunda yap\u0131\u015fan po\u015fet zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131labiliyor. S\u00fcre 2 konumu varsay\u0131lan konumdur. S\u00fcre 2 konumunda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131labilmektedir. S\u00fcre 3 konumu ise adeta po\u015feti eritircesine yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. S\u00fcre 3 konumu daha \u00e7ok \u00e7ok katl\u0131 po\u015fetleri yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n

Asl\u0131nda s\u00fcreyi \u00e7e\u015fitli yapmam\u0131n temel sebebi rezistans b\u00f6lgesindeki \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u015fartlara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklikler g\u00f6sterebilmesindendir. Mesela, seri \u015fekilde \u00e7ok miktarda yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131nca S\u00fcre 2 konumunda tahta \u0131s\u0131nm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funda eritircesine yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Bu durumda S\u00fcre 1 konumuna ge\u00e7ilerek po\u015fet yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaya devam edilmelidir. Ayr\u0131ca tek tarafl\u0131 rezistans kullanmamdan kaynaklanan \u00e7ok katl\u0131 po\u015feti yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken olu\u015fan zay\u0131f yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma sonununu S\u00fcre 3 ile \u00e7\u00f6zmekteyiz. K\u0131sacas\u0131, yaz, k\u0131\u015f, so\u011fuk, s\u0131cak veya bulundu\u011funuz \u015fehir iklimi gibi durumlar i\u00e7in s\u00fcreyi \u00e7e\u015fitlendirdim. Programlama\u00a0JAL\u00a0ile yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00fcreyi de\u011fi\u015ftirmek isteyenler JAL program\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inden bunu yapabilirler.<\/p>\n

Kullanma Bilgileri:<\/strong>\u00a0\u0130lk a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015fta bir jenerik giri\u015f ile ledler topluca yan\u0131p s\u00f6nmekte ve buzzer k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli \u00f6tmektedir. S\u00fcre 2 ledi yan\u0131yor, di\u011fer ledler s\u00f6n\u00fck ve buzzer suskun ise cihaz kullan\u0131ma haz\u0131r olarak a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0S\u00dcRE<\/strong>butonuna bas\u0131p b\u0131rakarak veya s\u00fcrekli bas\u0131l\u0131 tutarak s\u00fcre konumu de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilir.\u00a0YAPI\u015eTIR<\/strong>\u00a0butonuna bas\u0131nca yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ledi yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma s\u00fcresince yanar, buzzer yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma s\u00fcresince \u00f6ter ve \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 s\u00fcre kadar \u0131s\u0131n\u0131r. S\u00fcre bitince b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00f6stergeler haz\u0131r \u015fekline d\u00f6ner. Yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r butonuna bas\u0131nca hi\u00e7 b\u0131rakmadan s\u00fcrekli bas\u0131l\u0131 turmakla sadece bir defa \u0131s\u0131tma i\u015fleminin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yeni bir \u0131s\u0131tma i\u015flemi yap\u0131lmaz. Yeni bir \u0131s\u0131tma i\u00e7in butonu b\u0131rk\u0131p tekrar basmak gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n

Montaj Bilgileri:<\/strong>\u00a0Kart\u0131n \u201cAC200V G\u0130R\u0130\u015e<\/strong>\u201d klemensine AC 220 volt elektrik ba\u011flanacak. \u201cISITICI TRAFO<\/strong>\u201d klemens ucuna ise rezistans\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131racak olan trafonun 220V u\u00e7lar\u0131 ba\u011flanacak. Trafonun 12 volt ucuna ise rezistans ba\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n
