B<\/span>ir \u00f6ncekine g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha hassas ve esnek ayarlanabilen yine 12V ak\u00fcn\u00fcn voltaj\u0131n\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile de doluluk oran\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7en bir devredir. Bu amaca \u00e7ok daha uygun olan LM3914 entegresiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fim bu devreyi halen teknedeki ak\u00fclerimle kullanmaktay\u0131m. Olduk\u00e7a az yer tutan bu devreyi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir plastik kutuya yerle\u015ftirebilirsiniz. Benim kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m hali sa\u011fdaki temsili resimde. LM3914<\/span>\u00a0entegresi 10 voltaj kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131s\u0131na ve dahili voltaj b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcne sahiptir. Bu sayede ak\u00fc voltaj\u0131n\u0131 10 ayr\u0131 kademede okuyabilmemize olanak verir. Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar aras\u0131ndaki gerilim b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc birbirlerine e\u015fittir. Bu on de\u011fi\u015fik kademe i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 renkte LED’ler kullanmak okumay\u0131 \u00e7ok daha kolay hale getirecektir. Ben LED renklerini ve voltaj aral\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kendi ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak \u015fekilde d\u00fczenledim. B\u00f6ylece yanan LED’lerin anlamlar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki tablodaki gibi oldu.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kalibrasyon (Ayarlar)<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A<\/span>yarlar\u0131 yapmak i\u00e7in voltaj\u0131 11V ila 15V aras\u0131nda ayarlanabilen bir do\u011fru ak\u0131m g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131na (e\u011fer kaynak \u00fczerinde yoksa dijital bir voltmetreye) ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. G\u00f6stergenin minimum \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gerilim noktas\u0131 P1(10K trimpot) ile ayarlan\u0131r. G\u00f6stergenin maksimum \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gerilim noktas\u0131 ayar\u0131 da P2(50K trimpot) ile yap\u0131l\u0131r. Benim \u00f6rne\u011fimde oldu\u011fu gibi ayarlamak isterseniz, ayarl\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 devrenin art\u0131 eksi u\u00e7lar\u0131na polariteye dikkat ederek ba\u011flay\u0131p a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ad\u0131mlar\u0131 takibedin.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    B<\/span>u ad\u0131mlar\u0131 tekrar tekrar yapmam\u0131z\u0131n nedeni her bir trimeri ayarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda di\u011fer trimer ayar\u0131n\u0131n da de\u011fi\u015fmesidir. Ad\u0131mlar\u0131 birka\u00e7 kez tekrarlad\u0131ktan sonra ayarlar yerine oturacakt\u0131r. Ayarlar\u0131n tamam oldu\u011funu test etmek i\u00e7in kayna\u011f\u0131n voltaj\u0131n\u0131 11 volta kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcp t\u00fcm LED’leri s\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcn. Voltaj\u0131 yava\u015f\u00e7a artt\u0131r\u0131n. Voltaj 11,44′ geldi\u011finde LED1 \u0131\u015f\u0131ldayacak, voltaj\u0131 artt\u0131rd\u0131k\u00e7a ledler s\u0131rayla yanacak, voltaj 11,42’ye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda son led olan LED10 \u0131\u015f\u0131ldayacakt\u0131r. Aksi durumda kalibrasyonu tekrarlay\u0131n.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    S<\/span>adece dinlenme halinde (\u015farj alt\u0131nda olmayan) bir ak\u00fcn\u00fcn doluluk oran\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in kullanacaksan\u0131z; alt limiti 11,85 \u00fcst limiti de 12,65 volta ayarlay\u0131n. Bu durumda her bir LED %10 dolulu\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelecektir. Ak\u00fc voltaj\u0131 ile doluluk oran\u0131 tesbiti olduk\u00e7a kaba bir y\u00f6ntemdir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc doluluk ile voltaj ili\u015fkisi ak\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Burada verdi\u011fim de\u011ferler oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir. G\u00f6stergenizi ak\u00fcye direkt olarak ba\u011flay\u0131n, \u00e7akmak adap\u00f6r\u00fc vb. gibi ak\u00fcye uzak noktalardan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerde voltaj k\u0131smen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00f6z\u00fckecektir.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
