Devre CMOS 4000 serisi entegrelerle ger\u00e7ekler\u015ftirilmi\u015f basit bir say\u0131c\u0131 devresidir. Devrenin kalbi, CD4510 ileri geri say\u0131c\u0131 entegresi ve CD4543 BCD\u2019den led displey s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc entegresinden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. CD4093 entegresi ise \u0130LER\u0130-GER\u0130 se\u00e7ici ve Buton gecikme sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00f6sterge olarak Katod 7 Segment LED displayler kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Devrenin \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00d6zellikleri:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Devrede \u00fc\u00e7 tane buton bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130leri sayma butonu, geri sayma butonu ve reset (s\u0131f\u0131rlama) butonu. \u0130leri sayma butonuna bas\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda say\u0131c\u0131lar bir ileri say\u0131y\u0131or. Geri sayma butonuna bas\u0131nca say\u0131c\u0131lar bir geri say\u0131yor. Resetleme butonu ile say\u0131c\u0131lar s\u0131f\u0131rlan\u0131yor ve ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 de\u011ferine d\u00f6n\u00fcyor. B\u00fct\u00fcn say\u0131c\u0131larda olu\u015fan de\u011ferler an\u0131nda 7 segment LED displeylerde anl\u0131k olarak g\u00f6sterilmektedir.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Devrede kullan\u0131lan U1:A ve U1:B 4093 kap\u0131lar\u0131 RS Flip-Flop devresidir. Bas\u0131lan butona g\u00f6re ileri ve geri se\u00e7ici anahtar olarak g\u00f6rev yapmaktad\u0131r. B1 Butonu ileri saymay\u0131, B2 butonu geri saymay\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. U1:C kap\u0131s\u0131, R1 direnci ve C1 kondansat\u00f6r\u00fc d\u00fczene\u011fi ile B1 ve B2 butonuna bas\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olu\u015fan palsta gecikme sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Bu gecikme ile butonlar\u0131n arklar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan atlamalar \u00f6nlenmekte ve geri saymaya f\u0131rsat verilmektedir. D1 ve D2 diyotlar\u0131 ile R2 direncinden olu\u015fan b\u00f6l\u00fcm, bir VEYA (NOR) kap\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6revi g\u00f6rmektedir.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Devrenin Besleme voltaj\u0131 +5Volt olarak denenmi\u015ftir. +5 Volt \u015femada VDD u\u00e7lar\u0131na ba\u011flanacak. Ayr\u0131ca entegrelerin VDD u\u00e7lar\u0131 da +5 Volt besleme ucuna ba\u011flanacak. Entegrelerdeki besleme u\u00e7lar\u0131 \u015femada g\u00f6sterilmemi\u015ftir. \u0130stenirse 4000 serisi entegrelerin m\u00fcsade etti\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131rlarda besleme de\u011feri kullan\u0131labir. Besleme voltaj\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finde displeylerin u\u00e7lar\u0131na ba\u011flanan 470 ohmluk diren\u00e7lerin de\u011feri besleme de\u011ferine g\u00f6re se\u00e7ilmelidir. Besleme voltaj\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirildikten sonra Geri butonuna bas\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ileri sayma gibi bir durumla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131l\u0131rsa, C1’in 100nF olan de\u011feri de\u011fi\u015ftirilmelidir. Devrede ayr\u0131ca, entegrelerin VDD ve \u015ease u\u00e7lar\u0131 aras\u0131na filtre ama\u00e7l\u0131 olarak 100nF kondansat\u00f6r kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Devre 0-99 say\u0131c\u0131 olarak yap\u0131ld\u0131ysa da, say\u0131c\u0131lar ve g\u00f6stergler artt\u0131r\u0131larak sayma hanesi \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131labilir.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
